Eldest son of Ustad Shafqat Salamat Ali and grandson of the legendary maestro Ustad Salamat Ali Khan, Faizan Ali Khan inherits their formidable legacy and strong traditions of the Sham Chaurasi gharana. Trained by his father, Faizan started his performing career at very young of 12 performing alongside his father, Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan.
He has performed at all the established platforms in Pakistan and also internationally.
